Ignition switch and key

Ignition switch and key

The ignition switch functions to lock the steering while the vehicle is parked so that the vehicle cannot be run and make the circuits connect for engine ignition.
Our ignition switches are designed with an emphasis on vibration and water resistance, taking into account the environment in which two-wheeled vehicles are used.
Recent ignition switches and keys are usually equipped with an antitheft security shutter.

Helmet holder and seat lock

The helmet holder secures a helmet so that it cannot be stolen and the seat lock locks/unlocks the seat so that the articles stored under the seat cannot be stolen.

Smart entry system for two-wheeled vehicle

This is the first convenient system designed for two-wheeled vehicles, enabling the rider to start the engine by standing close to the vehicle with a compact electronic key, and turning the main switch knob.
It provides a smarter ride for the rider, and the electronic identification function provides the vehicle with antitheft protection.

Fuel filler cap

Fuel filler cap

This is the cap covering the fuel filler tube opening on two-wheeled vehicles. All our fuel filler caps are equipped with a key. The caps, which are put on the gas tank tube opening, must ensure that no gasoline ever leaks from the tank.
Our fuel filler tanks thus have a valve mechanism inside to prevent fuel leakage. In addition, the caps are equipped with a self-sealing gasket function that prevents gas from leaking due to a sudden rise of intra-tank pressure in the event of a collision.

Starter magnet switch

Starter magnet switch

To ignite the engine of a motorcycle, the starter motor needs to be turned on. The current conducted to the motor is very large, thus a normal switch cannot be used to turn on the motor directly.
Therefore, a starter magnet switch is placed between the switch and the starter motor to ease the current load on the switch.
